Donor Remembrance Tribute

To help honor your loved one’s life-saving gift, LifeGift will feature Donor Remembrances on our social media. If you have registered for the event, there is no charge for these. The Remembrances will feature your loved one’s name, a photo and a few words of tribute. We invite you to fill out the information below and press the submit button to take part in this tribute to life-saving donors.

Along with being displayed on social media, LiftGift will email you the Remembrances artwork. Please contact us if you have questions about this. Please be aware that the photo you submit may need to be resized or edited to be better viewed on the cards, and the submission form will not generate a preview of the card design.
