Knights of Columbus: Organ and Tissue Donation Education Webinar

LifeGift was pleased to partner with Knights of Columbus Council 12320 (KOC) to bring its members organ, tissue and eye donation educational webinars in both Spanish and English on September 17th, 2022. The webinars discussed how organ donation works, how to register to be a donor and answered KOC member questions.
Thank you to our honored guest speakers, Juan and Terri Contreras, who lovingly spoke of their daughter, Celeste, who saved five lives through organ donation. Juan is a KOC member in Lubbock, Texas and also a transplant recipient. Appreciation also to Ruth Williamson who shared their family’s decision for her husband Rodney, also a KOC Council 12320 member, to become an organ donor. All shared their personal journeys and encouraged others to consider registering as organ, tissue and eye donors.
