Tissue Services Director — Houston

The Tissue Recovery Services Director will oversee the one of the largest tissue recovery organizations in the southwest, making possible lifesaving and quality of life saving operations throughout The Texas Medical Center and beyond. The Director will develop and implement tissue recovery programs, department goals, and objectives while overseeing day-to-day operations of the tissue recovery department, always striving towards the goal of meeting the needs of the community.

Position Description:

Our ideal candidate must have strong supervisory skills, commitment to customer service, excellent communications and team building skills. Qualified applicant must have an undergraduate degree in allied health or related field. In addition, must have prior management experience; and at least five or more years working in a tissue bank, organ procurement organization or as an Operating Room Manager in a large hospital.
