Additional Duties
· Assists in compiling and maintaining information and records to prepare purchase orders and inventory control.
· Maintains purchase orders and invoices files and related purchasing records.
· Prepared, reviews, and tracks orders through the purchasing process.
· Prepares and files all purchasing related documentation.
· Other duties assigned by the Managing Director of Facilities.
Our ideal candidate should have at least two years of purchasing and inventory control experience. Demonstrated attention to detail; ability to handle multiple situations at one time; and administrative experience requiring independent decision-making concerning accuracy and organizational skills;
