Director of Human Resources
Monique LeFlore joined LifeGift in 2005 and serves as director of human resources. She has devoted her professional life to helping companies find the best people for their organizations.
She began her career with Ernst & Young in human resources campus recruiting, and has worked at such notable companies as LabCorp of America, JP Morgan, Domino’s Pizza, LLC, Mental Health & Mental Retardation Authority of Harris County and, most recently, the Sherman Financial Group.
LeFlore is a member of several local and national human resources organizations and was recently elected to the Houston Compensation Association board. She completed an undergraduate degree in public administration as well as a master’s degree in human relations from the University of Oklahoma.
