Donor Resource Center Supervisor

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

·         Oversee Donor Resource Center Specialists answer all incoming phone calls from all LifeGift regions as well as other calls from outside LifeGift’s service area.

·         Display the ability to communicate effectively and convey sensitive information with outside resources, referring or other procurement agencies

·         Effectively communicate case status with Donor Resource Center Specialists during shift change/transition

·         Promote environment that encourages learning

·         Exhibit knowledge of and/or ability to learn technical concepts and terms

·         Identify and recommend improvements in training content/approaches

·         Determine and assure appropriate workflow within assigned shift

·         Keep management informed of variances in application of LifeGift/department policies and procedures

·         Perform quality assurance of shift report sign-off and oversight of sign-off process to ensure proper case hand-off/closure to cases.

QUALIFICATIONS


Our ideal candidate is either a college graduate with degree and equivalent education including previous management experience required. Prefer at least five years’ experience in medical or call center experience environment.   Demonstrated progressively administrative experience requiring independent decision-making concerning planning, scheduling and assignment of work; Minimum of state certification in Emergency Medical Technician Basic or equivalent experience is a plus including paramedic certification. Must have typing by touch; Must be computer literate with MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Access & MS Word or later version.
