Our Lifesaving Results in Fiscal Year 2008
- 77 percent overall organ donation consent rate – the percentage of families who said “yes” when asked about organ donation.
- 301 organ donors
- Close to 2,100 tissue donors
- 19 percent of the organs recovered by LifeGift were shared with patients outside the LifeGift service area.
- 851 organ transplants were performed in LifeGift-affiliated transplant centers.
