Donor families from the Fort Worth area will meet the recipients of their children's organs face-to-face for the very firsttime.
*Media will have the opportunity to interview and photograph select donor families and transplant recipients.
WHY:
"A Child's Gift ... A True Living Legacy" takes place during April, which is National Donate Life Month. Designed to raise awareness of the critical need for organ and tissue donors, National Donate Life Month pays tribute to donors and celebrates the lives they've saved.
