LifeGift will host the 2017 Advanced Hospital Development Workshop on Wednesday, Sept. 20th and Thursday, Sept. 21st.
This course is intended for those with strong Hospital Development (HD) experience (approximately 2 plus years) or are new in a supervisory role within HD and are seeking to develop advanced HD skills.
Over the course of the workshop, everyone, with the help of the group, will be developing a strategic action plan to address challenges frequently encountered in the hospital that may negatively impact the donation process. This course is both interactive and collaborative, so please come prepared to participate in the strategic planning process and share ideas and best practices you've implemented. There will be time alloted in the agenda to work on a group presentation throughout the course. This is a closed course for Organ Procurement Organization staff only. The entire course must be attended to receive a certificate of completion, which includes a short group presentation on the last day.
